UMMA (Unique Machine-aided Matrix Algorithm) is the state of the art in classifying cardiac events from just 10 seconds of EKG data. Heart I/O has received clearance to perform analysis, using UMMA, on large amounts of EKG data from de-identified patients.

Utkars Jain, CEO, says "this is a great step forward to validate what we already know: that UMMA classifies EKGs in ways that are much faster, efficient, and accurate than what is going to be on the market"
